​February 2018 - Dajti Mountain, Albania: Baron Cehv. Anthony C. Coleiro paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Kujtim Dervishi, proprietor of a Touristic Centre - Panorama Hotel; and Restuarant and President / Founder of the National Association of the Restaurants of Albania.

February 2018 - Tirana, Albania : Baron Chev. Anthony C. Coleiro had bilateral meeting with Dr. Tom Preku Honorary Consul at the Honorary Consulate of Malta in Albania. Discussions yook place at the Consulate for Malta during which they discussed Tourism in general, including the way forward for the setting up of an Institute of Tourism Studies in Tirana, using the same model of ITS - Malta, the monitoring and implementation of hospitality standards amongst other subjects of interest. Baron Coleiro was accompanied by Profs. Alfred Josef Baldacchino - Rector Magnificus of Universitas Sancti Cyrilli - Malta and Dr. Francesco Favia - Delegate for Albania respectively.

Coleiro addressing an International Conference on Tourism, Demographic and Economy in Tirana , Albania - ‘Tourism and Migration, Economic Policies in the Mediterranean Area’, organised by the Byzantine Research Foundation, Universitas Sancti Cyrilli and National Tourism Agency in Albania. Delegates of the Conference appointed Baron Coleiro to serve on the Scientific Committee as Treasurer of the Bureau Research Foundation.
